Terms for using Ispravko.

Ispravko Public Beta is a web-based Python analysis and corrected-code tool.

Lite provides one successful no-login analysis. Signed-in Analyzer accounts receive five free analyses per day. Analyzer + and Ispravko Pro Pack are one-time purchases that add analysis and fixed-code credits.

PRO may remain an account status, but purchased credit packs and account status are recorded separately. Corrected-code generation requires an available fixed-code credit.

You must have the right to process every file you upload.

You must not upload malware, stolen code, secrets, passwords, private keys, access tokens, unlawful content, or confidential data you are not authorized to share.

You must not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with security controls, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Analysis reports and corrected-code output are development aids, not guarantees.

Results may be incomplete, incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable for your environment. You are responsible for independent review, tests, backups, dependency checks, and security validation before using output in production.

Corrected-code generation may use an external code-processing provider for issues that deterministic tools cannot resolve.

By requesting corrected-code generation, you authorize the uploaded source and a limited issue list to be processed for that purpose. Do not use this function for code that cannot be shared with such a provider.

Analyzer + and Ispravko Pro Pack are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

A successful order adds the advertised credits after Lemon Squeezy delivers a valid payment webhook. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

One paid analysis credit is used only after the five free daily analyses are exhausted and a signed-in analysis is saved successfully. One fixed-code credit is reserved for generation and returned automatically when the request fails before a valid result is delivered.

Full refunds are available only for completely unused credit packs. A pack becomes non-refundable as soon as any analysis credit or fixed-code credit from that specific purchase is used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund requests must be sent to nemanja.s.ja95@gmail.com before a refund is initiated in Lemon Squeezy. Ispravko checks the per-purchase credit ledger and approves only eligible, unused packs. Partial refunds and legacy Test Mode purchases require manual review.

When an eligible full refund is confirmed, the unused credits belonging to that purchase are removed from the account. Lemon Squeezy may apply its own payment, tax, dispute, and refund procedures, together with applicable consumer law.

Ispravko may enforce file-size, file-type, daily usage, request-rate, processing-time, issue-count, and provider-cost limits.

Limits may change during the Public Beta to protect reliability, security, and operating costs. Material pricing changes will apply prospectively to new purchases.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, provider downtime, deployment changes, or technical failures.

Features, interfaces, limits, and beta behavior may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ispravko is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that reports are complete or generated code is correct, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

You accept responsibility for decisions and deployments based on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete saved analyses from the dashboard where available.
